Return & Refund Policy UNITED ONE (GROUP) AMERICA, INC (UO Healthcare)

At UO Healthcare, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Return Window: Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Domestic Only: Returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the United States. We do not accept returns for international orders.

2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at contact@uohealthcare.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.

3. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 48 hours.

  • BNPL Payments (Affirm/Klarna): If you paid using a monthly installment plan (e.g., Affirm or Klarna), your refund will be processed through their respective platforms. Your loan balance will be reduced or cancelled accordingly. Please note that any interest paid to the lender may not be refundable.

  • Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to officially post to your account.

4. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@uohealthcare.com.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Deduction: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without valid tracking information.
